Tori has been in the hair industry since 2005 and has been working as an independent stylist since 2015. Tori offers a wide variety of services and also oversees the day-to-day operations around the salon.

Amanda Viaene
With over 10 years' experience, Amanda enjoys satisfying each client with a fully customizable cut and color, based on their need. Amanda is certified in the Aveda Color Mastery Series along with serving as Naava's Aveda Ambassador, and also oversees the day-to-day happenings around the salon.

Jordan graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in the winter of 2020. In the year that she has been with us she has quickly become our extensions expert and has perfected deep multi-dimensional colors.

Aryah graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in fall 2021. She loves all things blonding and creating fresh stylish haircuts. Aryah is looking forward to growing her clientele and helping them keep up with the latest trends.

Lisa has been a licensed stylist since 2021. Even as a young girl it was her dream to bring joy into someone's day and now it's her favorite part of this job. Lisa loves to bring out her clients beauty and confidence. Her favorite services are highlights, blonding and bold fashion colors.

Myranda Rydzik
Myranda is an Aveda trained stylist who started her career after graduating from Moraine Park Tech in 2017. She love all things Aveda and is eager to educate her clients on what Aveda products are best for each of them. Some of her favorite services are color corrections, balayages and pixie cuts.

Bailey Binner
Bailey graduated from the Salon Professional Academy in 2023 and is excited about furthering her career in cosmetology here at Naava! She has always had a passion for the beauty industry and loves to make people feel confident and look their absolute best.
Her favorite services to perform include blonding or any type of color service! She loves to use her creativity to make her client's visions come to life.

Nickie Abel
Nickie has been behind the chair since 2002 when she graduated from Gil-Tech. When Nickie's not creating crafts for the salon she is in Door County camping with her husband and 2 boys. Nickie specializes in kid's haircuts, and enjoys creating one of a kind bridal styles.

Crystal Brody
Crystal graduated from Gil-Tech in 2003 and recently brought her 19 years of experience to Naava. She and her husband have 7 crazy, wonderful kiddos and 2 fur babies {so the salon is her zen space}. Crystal specializes in cutting edge colors and special event & wedding hair/makeup.

Payten Gueller
Payten graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in December of 2022. She loves all things blonding, along with all colors, and long layered haircuts. Before she became a hairstylist she always had a passion for everything in the beauty industry and feels lucky to be doing what she loves most. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Shayla graduated from FVTC’s cosmetology program in August 2023, where she built a strong foundation in hair artistry. Since then, she has pursued extensive training to refine her skills behind the chair while continuing her personal growth. Passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment, Shayla strives to ensure every client feels both comfortable and confident. Specializing in low-maintenance colors and blonding techniques, she looks forward to the opportunity to bring her clients’ hair goals to life.

Claire Hyde
Claire graduated from the FVTC Cosmetology program in December 2024, where she honed her passion for hair, beauty, and all things glam—a love that blossomed while growing up with sisters. She specializes in detailed highlighting and blonding techniques, as well as creating big, bouncy blowouts that elevate any look. When she's not perfecting hair, Claire enjoys spending time with her Shih Tzu, Noli. She looks forward to helping clients achieve their dream hair with skill and care!

Kristin Roesler
Kristin is the owner and operator of Allure Beauty Aesthetics, LLC, and a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing.
While Kristin practiced in Family Medicine for many years, she found her true passion in cosmetic procedures when she established Allure Beauty Aesthetics, LLC in 2021 which is located within Naava Salon & Spa.
Kristin makes safety and quality a priority by staying up to date on the best techniques and latest treatment options. She enjoys creating relationships with clients and being an important partner in their self-care journey.

Sara Gilpin
Sarah graduated from the esthetics program at The Salon Professional Academy with the dream of finally doing what she loves. Now that she's doing it, she cannot imagine doing anything else and she feels incredibly blessed.
Sarah offers a variety of services including full body waxing, lash lift & tints, facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning.
Sarah's absolute favorite thing (hands down!) is the relationships that she has built and continues to develop with clients.

Tong Lee
Tong has been in the beauty industry for more than 10 years. She began her journey as a self-taught artist and now works as a certified freelance makeup artist. She has been working within Naava salon since 2021 and loves working with new and returning clients. She offers airbrush makeup for any special occasion!

Alysha Austin
Alysha has been a makeup artist since 2016 and specializes in event and bridal makeup. Her passion shows in her work, and she focuses on enhancing the natural beauty of every client who sits in her chair. Alysha wants every person to feel welcomed and feel their most confident when they leave. In Alysha’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and continuing her education in the beauty community.
